EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Arcana Apothecary.
Every product we create is crafted with care, intention, and high-quality, ethically-sourced ingredients, and we stand behind their integrity.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase to request an exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 90% of their original contents.
As a small, artisan-owned business, we are not able to offer refunds. Processing returns creates a strain on our operations and limits our ability to continue offering small-batch, handcrafted wellness products at reasonable prices.
